Again, If you want to buy cinnamon for health reasons, please buy only Ceylon cinnamon...
Not because other types don’t exist, but because Ceylon is the safest and most suitable for regular use....
Most cinnamon sold in our markets is cassia - Chinese cassia, Saigon (Vietnamese) cinnamon, or Korintje (Indonesian). They are stronger in taste, cheaper, and more common, but they contain high levels of coumarin, which can stress the liver and kidneys when used frequently.
🙏🏻They are fine for occasional cooking, not for daily health use.
🙏🏻Ceylon cinnamon is different.
It is lighter, softer, milder, and has very low coumarin.
📍 That is why it is considered true cinnamon, why it is more expensive, and why it is the best option if you are using cinnamon for metabolism, and general health.
Using real Ceylon cinnamon aids conception faster
Another important warning, please kindly avoid grounded cinnamon....
In powdered form, anybody can grind anything and call it cinnamon.
You cannot verify the type, the purity, or what was mixed inside.
If you must buy cinnamon, buy the sticks, not the powder...
To be clear again:
Ceylon cinnamon → best and safest
Cassia / Saigon / Korintje → common but not ideal for regular use
Ground cinnamon → risky and unverifiable
It is about knowing what you are putting into your body.
