We found a new place, the same intention. ✨
I’m so happy to finally share the new flyer for our Align Yourself Retreat 2026!

Although the retreat has moved to a beautiful new location in Alicante, Spain, the heart of the experience remains exactly the same: a space to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.

Together we’ll create room for rest, healing and connection through yoga, breathwork, nourishing food, sound healing, massages, nature and simply just being.

A little throwback! 🩷

and I sitting in front of the old location on Van Hallstraat. I had so much fun there, made wonderful memories, and met some amazing people along the way.
Looking back, I’m also grateful for the changes I’ve made in my life. Everything looks so different now, work, life, pretty much everything, but it feels much healthier and more aligned with who I am at this moment.
That said, I do miss the studio a lot. There was such a strong sense of togetherness there, and it’s something I can still feel today. For that, I’m grateful.

I’m truly greatful for another sale this year. I’ve been saying all the time.. this is the last!!! But honestly, it’s so much fun and why not do it again!? There’ll be loads of beautiful clothes for sale from me and four other women - all carefully selected pieces, with a focus on quality, style, and sustainability. No Shein, just really good vintage and second-hand finds..

Following my dreams…
I’ve just returned from a trip to Portugal, a place I once called home back in 2017. Back then, I was searching for a new life there… but I returned home after falling in love. This time it feels different.

After being diagnosed with an autoimmune condition, my perspective on life has shifted. I’ve come to realize I want something slower, softer, more sunshine, more nature, more space to truly live. So I’ve decided to start exploring again… looking for a place, a piece of land and the beginning of something new - a healing home.
I’m not there yet… but I know I will get there.

I created this retreat from a very personal place, after moving through deep heartache. It became something truly pure and honest—Align Yourself—and I’m incredibly proud of what it has grown into.

Oeh boy 🤍
At the end of last year I had my first voice release session with .hane - and it was such a special experience. I burst into tears within the first five minutes. Why? Because I could feel the depth of her work, her energy, and the safe space she held for me. It touched my heart in a very deep way.

Last year was heavy and painful. A year of learning what I’m dealing with, but also a year of meeting myself on a much deeper level. I’m grateful to know this version of me.

Singing has always lived quietly inside me. Something I felt drawn to, yet was afraid to express. And now… I’ve bought my first instrument to support that dream. Sharing this feels incredibly vulnerable, but also true.

Thank you, Djahane, for guiding me on this path 🤍✨(She will support the voice release part on my retreat align yourself - September)
