Erasmus+ Project | From Reflection to Exchange

SKKE Košice, Slovakia × Systemic Life Center® & Systemic Life Academy, Rotterdam

We welcomed students from SKKE as part of an Erasmus+ project focused on personal growth and professional development.

Together, we addressed important themes such as professional identity, self-awareness, career challenges and burnout prevention.

Professional development goes beyond acquiring skills and knowledge. It is also about understanding ourselves, maintaining our health and creativity, and learning how to grow sustainably throughout our careers.

Through movement, reflection and exchange, we connected personal development with professional life.

Awareness creates choice.
Connection restores creativity.

Thank you to SKKE , Katarina Sninska and all participating students for this meaningful exchange.

Day 1 of my third assist as an Apprentice Master Trainer.

Today at GYROTONIC® Piazza Bologna, I began assisting Specialized Master Trainer Emanuela Lattanzi.

It feels special to continue this journey in Italy, surrounded by a new group of trainers ready to learn, explore and deepen their understanding of the GYROTONIC® Method.

Thank you, Emanuela, for welcoming me and allowing me to learn alongside you. I’m looking forward to everything the coming days will bring.

In the near future - Canada and France

GYROTONIC® Applications for the Pelvic Girdle, Shoulder Girdle and Scoliosis focus on applying the method in practice: understanding the problem, recognizing its level, and deciding how to address it appropriately in our work with clients and in our own personal development.

I look forward to bringing this work to you in the near future.

This work supports personal development and helps build communities that grow in understanding and independence. The support needed depends on the depth of the problem and the maturity of the person and the community.

Today at GYROTONIC® Bologna City Center: a Master Class dedicated to movement application and professional reasoning.

Starting from the participants’ questions, we’ll explore practical case studies, movement quality and how to adapt our choices to the person in front of us.

Using GYROTONIC® as a tool within the SYMUZU® approach, we’ll connect observation with purposeful application: what we choose, why we choose it and what guides the next step.

Thank you to studio owner and master trainer Martina Malvasi and her community for creating this opportunity to learn and develop together.

At GYROTONIC® Piazza Bologna, she will assist specialised Master Trainer Emanuela Lattanzi, deepen her experience, and connect with the Italian GYROTONIC® community in her home country.

This is exciting milestone and grateful to Emanuela Lattanzi and the studio for welcoming Francesca and supporting her continued journey!

On Friday, we begin GYROTONIC® Applications for the Pelvic Girdle, the first of the three specialized courses developed by Paul Horvath.

Thank you to Martina Malvasi and her hard, working studio for creating space for learning and professional development. Looking forward to working with you and your community.

Audrey travelled all the way from Honolulu to join us in Rotterdam.

For some, a 30-minute journey can feel like a long distance. For others, the opportunity to learn is worth travelling across the world.

It was a pleasure to welcome Audrey and to have three Master Trainers together in one learning environment. Every professional chooses where, and with whom, they want to continue developing.

Thank you, Audrey, for making the journey and bringing your curiosity and commitment to the course.
