Compassion is both a primary Virtue and an Emotional Universal Law.

Essentially it is a profound non-judgemental empathy and care for the suffering, pain or struggles of all beings and the motivation to help and/or take action to alleviate their pain.

Compassion can greatly raise and expand your spiritual awareness and vibration. Some of the most compassionate beings I have ever experienced have been animals and trees.

The Purrfect Healing Frequency

Most of us who love cats are aware of how blissful it feels to be around a cat purring contentedly beside you.

Cats purr at a low frequency of about 25-150 Hertz. This frequency has been shown to be beneficial to cats and humans alike. It is helpful in promoting blood and tissue healing, can reduce inflammation and pain, lower blood pressure and reduce stress and anxiety by releasing endorphins and lowering cortisol.

How often do we really pay attention to our cats purring vibration, are fully present and aware of this wonderful frequency?
