Behind this business is a woman who has had to rebuild herself more than once.

A solo mum.
A healer.
A woman who knows what it feels like to carry stress in her body for far too long while still showing up for everyone else.

This work became so much more than “just a job” for me.

It became part of my own healing journey too.

Because I know what it feels like to lose yourself in survival mode.

To feel emotionally exhausted.
To question yourself.
To hold everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

And maybe that’s why so many women who find me are walking through similar things 🤍

Women learning to reconnect with themselves again.
Women learning that softness is not weakness.
Women finally realising they deserve support too.

I’m really grateful to be able to hold space for that.

I finally got around to hanging my diploma on the wall!

4 years ago I didn't think I was smart enough/good enough to study a 3 year diploma.

I could have let those stories hold me back, but instead, I handed my fears over to the universe and took a leap of faith.

If you're thinking about starting something "hard", feel the fear and do it anyway. Stepping outside of your comfort zone is the only way to grow!

Best decision I ever made. Now I am qualified to help those in need. Most rewarding job ever!! 🙏
