Dear all who wish to dance… As light fades and we turn inwards towards the shortest day and the depth of winter we may have feelings of disconnection and loneliness. Moving our bodies is a way to discover what lies beneath, to surface.

I invite you to ‘SURRENDER’ the theme for this QOYA session. How does surrender feel in your life and how can we honour this. It is the season of surrender before the light returns, a chance to overcome our fears and open ourselves to new experiences. There is no division in nature, we are inseparable. Nature and human are one.

Here’s my latest Inner Wisdom contemplation.
I am aware that lots of people are holding heaviness at the moment so I am offering single sessions for those who are unable to commit to my preference of 3 initial sessions.

My approach is holistic but mainly focused on inner contemplation of somatic experiences and emotions. What message are your physical symptoms trying to communicate with you and where are you ignoring your intuitions.
