Today we celebrate our incredible reception team for International Receptionistsโ€™ Day ๐ŸŒŸ

They are the first smile patients see, the calming voice on the phone, the organisers behind the scenes, and an essential part of every patient journey.

From managing busy phones and appointments to supporting patients and clinicians with kindness and professionalism โ€” thank you for everything you do each and every day.

๐Ÿ’™ The Heart Behind Every Hello ๐Ÿ’™

Please join us in showing appreciation for the amazing people who help keep our clinic running smoothly.

Did you know that we have a GP working on Thursday mornings doing routine phone consultations? We have appointments available this week for phone consults.

We also have appointments from this week "in person" with our Pharmacist Prescriber.

Pharmacist Prescribers are medication experts who work closely with your healthcare team to ensure your medicines are safe, effective, and tailored to your needs. In addition to reviewing medications and supporting long-term conditions, they are qualified to assess patients and prescribe medicines within their scope of practice.
At our practice, our Pharmacist Prescriber has a special interest in womenโ€™s health and long-term condition management, including perimenopause, menopause, premature ovarian insufficiency (POI), polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS), conservative management of endometriosis, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), contraceptive care, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
They also play a key role in medication reconciliation and in supporting safe and effective medication changes and adjustments. You may be offered an appointment with our Pharmacist Prescriber for medication-related care or ongoing condition management.

Please email [email protected] or call 07 826 3499 if you'd like to book.

๐ŸŒŸ Caring Beyond Measure ๐ŸŒŸ

On International Nurses Day, we honour and appreciate every nurse for the dedication, strength, and kindness you bring to our patients, whฤnau, and community each day.
