Today, BHS Sison extended assistance to our constituents affected by the recent flooding in Purok Lanao, Barangay Sison, Bagumbayan. Our team provided blood pressure monitoring, distributed essential medicines, and shared basic goods to help meet their immediate needs.

We continue to remind everyone to prioritize their health and safety during this recovery period. If you or your family members experience fever, diarrhea, skin infections, high blood pressure, or any other health concerns after the flood, please do not hesitate to visit Barangay Health Station Sison for consultation.

We continue to pray for the safety, strength, and fast recovery of all the families affected by the flood.

🚨 DENGUE ALERT | Barangay Sison 🚨

Mga ka-Barangay Sison,

Napapansin natin ang pagtaas ng bilang ng kaso ng dengue sa ating barangay. Hinihikayat ang bawat pamilya na maging mapagmatyag at makiisa sa pagpapanatiling malinis ng ating kapaligiran upang mapigilan ang pagdami ng lamok na nagdadala ng dengue.

🦟 Mga Sintomas ng Dengue:
• Mataas na lagnat na tumatagal ng 2–7 araw
• Matinding sakit ng ulo
• Pananakit ng likod ng mata
• Pananakit ng kalamnan at kasu-kasuan
• Pagduduwal o pagsusuka
• Pamumula o pantal sa balat
• Madaling pagdurugo (gilagid o ilong) o pagkakaroon ng pasa

⚠️ Agad na magpakonsulta sa pinakamalapit na health center o ospital kung may mga sintomas. Huwag mag-self-medicate.

✅ Paano Maiiwasan ang Dengue?
🏡 Hanapin at alisin ang mga lugar na maaaring pamugaran ng lamok.
🪣 Takpan nang maayos ang mga imbakan ng tubig.
🧹 Linisin ang bakuran at itapon ang mga lumang gulong, lata, bote, at iba pang maaaring maipunan ng tubig.
💧 Palitan ang tubig sa mga plorera at alagang halaman nang regular.
🦟 Gumamit ng mosquito repellent at magsuot ng damit na may mahabang manggas at pantalon lalo na sa umaga at hapon.
🛏️ Gumamit ng kulambo lalo na para sa mga bata at matatanda.

🤝 Ang pag-iwas sa dengue ay responsibilidad ng bawat isa. Simulan natin sa ating sariling tahanan at sama-sama nating panatilihing malinis at ligtas ang Barangay Sison.

Malinis na kapaligiran, ligtas na pamayanan. Sama-sama nating sugpuin ang dengue! 💚
