Many donā€™t realize that nature offers a full spectrum of care that is balanced, strong and biologically compatible to the human body soā€¦..

When we are looking for immune boosting to help win the fight over a dry throat that feels like itā€™s developing into something worse you have several options:

- On Guard (the overall balanced oil recommended for all)

- Oregano (the heavy hitter that requires dilution because itā€™s so strong)

- Clove (strong and have properties that is very good for targeting bacteria in your mouth that causes cavity)

- Thyme (for very young kids, definitely use with FCO)

I almost had a heart attack yesterday šŸ˜­ let me reel back and give you the whole story

Yesterday morning at around 7:30 AM I woke up to violent and fast pounding on my locked bedroom door, I live alone so you can imagine how terrifyingly shocking it was to wake up THAT WAY

Turns out it was my mom who had keys to my home. We were set to meet up at 7 AM with a friend to go to the market. I was late which both of them know is NOT LIKE ME and I wasnā€™t answering my phone leading them to think the worst happened to me

I ON THE OTHER HAND just had a phone alarm that didnā€™t ring because I forgot to turn off my usual do not disturb mode šŸ˜…

An hour later after I have been forgiven, I still felt pressure and tightness on my chest and shallow breathing which stayed with me throughout the day EVEN when I got home, had food, water and a shower

THEN I REMEMBERED MY OILS

I tried applying a drop of Frankincense over my heart and immediately felt better

Did two mini sessions today with small groups of people which turned out to be the best idea ever

A more personal session that allowed me to show everyone where each muscle that we worked on felt like ensuring TMJ relief techniques they can all take home and practice
