* 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐚𝐤 – Kalugin at itapon ang nakatayong tubig.
* 𝐓𝐮𝐲𝐨 – Patuyuin nang mabuti ang lahat ng lalagyan.
* 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐩– Takpan nang mahigpit pagkatapos gamitin.

Ngayong International Thyroid Awareness Week, bigyang-pansin ang kalusugan ng ating leeg. Ang maagang pagtuklas ay nagbibigay ng mas mataas na tiyansa upang mapagaling ang thyroid cancer.

Bilang bahagi ng ating healthy lifestyle, simulan natin ang wastong pag-aalaga sa pamamagitan ng:
1. Pagsuri sa leeg para sa anumang bukol, pamamaga, o hirap sa paglunok.
2. Pagkain ng mga pagkaing may iodine at selenium
3. Regular na check-up
4. Huwag balewalain ang mga senyales at komunsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na healthcare worker para sa tamang pagsusuri.
Dahil ang tamang nutrisyon at maagang pagtuklas ay susi sa mas malusog na bukas!

Ang ligtas na pagmamaneho ay hindi lang para sa sarili, ito ay para sa pamilya at kapwa natin sa kalsada. Maliit man na pag-iingat ay malaking hakbang para makauwi nang ligtas ang bawat isa.

1. Mag-helmet
2. Huwag magmaneho nang lasing
3. Iwasan ang paggamit ng cellphone habang nagmamaneho
4. Manatiling kalmado at alerto sa daan

Ngayong Road Safety Month, sama-sama nating isulong ang disiplina at responsableng pagmamaneho upang maiwasan ang aksidente at maprotektahan ang bawat buhay.

🕯️HIV AIDS CANDLELIGHT MEMORIAL - MAY 19, 2026
"Light the Legacy: Remember, Advance , Act"

Soft candlelight flickered as voices of hope, awareness, and compassion filled the gathering during the HIV/AIDS Candlelight Activity at Brgy. North Mapang last May 19, 2026.

More than just a ceremony, the event became a meaningful opportunity for learning and reflection, especially for the young participants aged 10–19 years old who actively joined the HIV awareness lecture. Through open discussions and age-appropriate learning sessions, the children gained a better understanding of HIV/AIDS, the importance of prevention, and the value of showing empathy instead of discrimination.

As candles were lit one by one, they symbolized remembrance for lives affected by HIV/AIDS and a shared commitment to continue educating communities and breaking the stigma surrounding the disease.

The activity reminded everyone that awareness has no age limit, and empowering the younger generation with knowledge is one step toward building a more informed, compassionate, and healthier future for all.

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully met the requirements of the recent assessment and evaluation of the Level 1 Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility conducted by the Family Planning & Adolescent Health Development Program Provincial Coordinator Ma'am Elena Daarol and POPDEV Designate Maria Teresa Paquibot last May 13 & 14, 2026.

This remarkable milestone stands as a testament to the unwavering commitment, tireless efforts, and inspiring collaboration of everyone involved for our young adolescent.

Our sincerest appreciation goes to the ever-supportive and dedicated Barangay Officials headed by the Barangay Captain together with his brgy.
