First and Second Visits of Our Patient with Mental Illness
Our first and second visits with our patient with mental illness were conducted in coordination with the Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Rommel D. Medrano, and the Public Health Nurse, Sir Eric Jay T. Obeñita. These visits focused on monitoring the patient’s condition, providing appropriate health guidance, and ensuring continued support and care.
