Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do for someone isn’t giving advice or fixing their problems—it’s simply showing up.

Being a steady presence, offering a listening ear, and letting others know they don't have to carry their heaviest burdens alone creates a safe space for those who need it most.
Check in on your friends, hold space for those who are struggling, and never underestimate the power of just being there.

September is Su***de Prevention Month ❤️‍🩹

And this year, there’s one thing we really want to talk about:

Su***de prevention shouldn’t start when someone is already in crisis 💔

Crisis support matters deeply. But so does everything that can happen before that moment 🙏

Prevention means learning to recognize when we’re not okay. Finding words for what we’re feeling. Checking in on someone before they have to ask. Making it easier to say, “I’m having a hard time.”

Because you don’t have to be in crisis to deserve support.

You deserve it now. 🩵

If you’re in crisis or need immediate support, call or text 988.

Keep going. We’re really glad you’re here. 🫶

💜 September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month.

Asking directly about su***de does not put the idea in someone’s mind—it opens the door to connection and support.

If you’re concerned about a loved one, speak with compassion, ensure their safety, and connect them to professional help.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.

Hi, Bestie! September na! Ang bilis ng panahon, diba?

The past eight months may have been challenging. There were probably days when you felt tired, lost, or unsure of what comes next. But somehow, you kept going—and that matters.

As we enter the last four months of the year, I hope you remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. It’s okay to reach out, to pause, to ask for help, and to simply take things one day at a time.

There is still so much life ahead of you—more days to experience, people to meet, memories to make, and little moments that haven't happened yet.

So, whatever today looks like, please stay.

And if you’re having a difficult time, I hope you know that someone is always willing to listen.

Here’s to a gentler September, and to the four months we still have ahead.

I’m proud of you for making it this far, bestie.

Keep going. 🤍

Hindi lahat ng naririnig natin tungkol sa mental health ay totoo. 💭

Let’s break the myths and focus on the facts. Mental health conditions are real, treatable, at hindi dapat ikahiya.

Lahat deserve ng understanding at tamang suporta. 💙

With everything happening around us lately—from typhoons and flooding to violence and other unsettling events in the news—have you felt scared too?

Fear is a natural response when we feel threatened, uncertain, or out of control. It reminds us to pay attention, protect ourselves, and seek support when we need it.

Take care of your safety. Breathe. Take a break from overwhelming news. Talk to someone you trust. And when things feel too heavy, it’s okay to ask for help.
You can be scared and still be brave.
