For all its otherworldly scenery, this UNESCO-listed desert holds a very human history, preserved in its ancient rock carvings and inscriptions.

This is Memories Aicha Luxury Camp in Wadi Rum, southern Jordan, where blue panoramic domes sit between red sands and towering sandstone cliffs.

Beyond the camp, a jeep journey through the dunes brings you to natural rock bridges and the ancient inscriptions of Khazali Canyon. Exploring with a local guide gives you time to discover the landscape on foot, while a hot-air balloon flight reveals its scale from above.

The evening brings you back for a traditional Bedouin dinner cooked beneath the ground. Then the sky becomes part of the experience: spend time under the stars, or join a guided astronomy session in Wadi Rum to understand what you’re looking at.

We usually share stories about the places we discover. In New York, we were invited to share our own.

Forbes Romania Business Bridges brought TRIPTAILOR together with entrepreneurs and business leaders to exchange ideas and hear the stories behind their businesses.

One of the event’s venues was the Harvard Club of New York City, founded in 1865, a place with its own history of bringing people together. Its library holds classics, rare books and works connected to Harvard’s history. And, as you’ll see, couldn’t leave it unexplored 🤍.

Represented by its owner, Georgiana Tamaga, TRIPTAILOR was among the businesses presented at Forbes Romania Business Bridges 2026 and was also featured in Forbes Romania magazine.

Now in its third edition, the event brings entrepreneurs and business leaders together to exchange ideas and build relationships across the Atlantic. The programme included the conference at Forbes on Fifth and gatherings at the Harvard Club of New York and FREVO.
