WALK WITH US FOR LIAM

6 years ago, our lives changed when Liam was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at just 10 years old. Since then, he has faced more than any kid should have to—every poke, every pump site, every alarm in the middle of the night, every high and every scary low.

And through it all, he keeps going. He plays football, hangs out with his friends, lives his life, and refuses to let T1D define what he can do.

Now we’re asking our family and friends to show up for Liam and walk alongside him.

💙 Every child deserves a chance to just be a kid. 💙

Imagine being 10 years old and hearing the words, “You have Type 1 Diabetes.”

Suddenly, childhood looks a little different. Finger pokes. Insulin. Numbers. Alarms. Supplies. Constant decisions that most kids never have to think about.

But T1D shouldn’t get to decide what a child can dream about, play, or accomplish. 🩵

That’s why PumpedNM exists.

We believe every New Mexico child living with Type 1 Diabetes deserves access to pumps and technology that can make their everyday life a little easier—and a whole lot safer.

Behind every pump we provide is a child who gets to spend a little less time thinking about diabetes and a little more time being a kid.

💙 This is the heart and soul of PumpedNM.

Liam’s Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis changed our lives forever. But instead of letting it define him, he turned it into a purpose.

At just 11 years old—only one year after being diagnosed—Liam helped inspire the creation of PumpedNM. Now, at 16, he continues to be the vision, the voice, and the heart behind everything we do.

His resilience has inspired a mission to make sure no child in New Mexico has to go without the technology that helps keep them safe. PumpedNM is committed to helping children with Type 1 Diabetes gain access to insulin pumps and compatible cell phones so they can benefit from the latest advancements in diabetes technology and live with greater confidence, independence, and quality of life.

To every donor, sponsor, volunteer, board member, and supporter—thank you. Because of you, we’re changing lives, one child at a time.
