🎶 What a multi-healer sound bath actually feels like.

Most sound baths have one person playing. This one has a whole room of them.

On September 13, Danielle leads her course graduates in a Multi-Healer Sound Bath — bowls, chimes and gongs layered by many hands at once. The sound doesn’t arrive from one direction. It surrounds you, moves through you, and comes in waves that one person simply can’t create alone.

Sunday, September 13 · 7:00pm · 60 minutes · $40

12 hammocks and 12 mats available — settle in whichever feels right for your body. Advance reservation only.

It’s normal to drift off. Normal to cry, or laugh, or feel nothing at all and simply rest. Come as you are, and let the sound do the rest. 💜

I’m so excited to be back at The Movement Temple for our second Level 1 Sound Healing Training: The Art of Attunement

This two-day immersive workshop and certification is an invitation to deepen your relationship with yourself and the world of sound through the practice of attunement - learning how to use your senses more acutely, to be in your body, and to be in direct contact with a group, leading them and noticing not only what it feels like to lead, but how to do it comfortably in your own skin.

I’ve trained over 300 people to use sound as their unique medicine, not a performance - there is a huge distinction.

This is an incredibly hands-on experiential training.

Students receive a lot of practice with four planetary-tuned gongs, crystal bowls, water instruments, and chimes, culminating in leading a sound bath for each other, then for The Movement Temple community.

Join Saturday for the foundations workshop, or stay through Sunday for certification (highly recommended) and leave ready to guide others through sound.
