9/4/26, we proudly celebrate 15 incredible years of commitment, compassion, and leadership with Joseph Garcia, Executive Director of Advantage Communications! đź’™
What makes this milestone so special is the journey that brought him here. Over the past 15 years, he has served in nearly every capacity within our organization — beginning as Direct Care Staff, then growing into a House Manager, Service Coordinator, Supported Living Director, and now proudly serving as our Executive Director of Advantage Communications.
Through every position, one thing has remained constant: his dedication to the individuals we serve and his belief in creating opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling, and independent lives.
At Advantage Communications, we have the privilege of serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in so many different capacities— supporting them in their homes, in their communities, in developing life skills, pursuing their goals, building relationships, gaining independence, and creating lives that are truly their own. 💙
Fifteen years represents more than a career. It represents countless relationships, countless memories, countless challenges overcome, and countless lives touched.
We are incredibly grateful for the leadership, experience, heart, and dedication that he brings to Advantage Communications every single day.
