This Blueberry Protein Chia Pudding is one of my favorite easy breakfasts or snacks when I want something quick, filling, and supportive from the inside out.
Recipe:
• 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
• 2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 scoop .ingredients protein powder
• 1 cup frozen blueberries
