Join Jessica for an invigorating barre class, which combines elements of yoga, ballet, and Pilates for a comprehensive full-body workout. The session integrates resistance training using a variety of equipment, including core balls, handheld weights, bands, and core sliders. You can expect a high-energy, sweaty workout featuring cardio bursts and focused strength training, all set to great music.
