Dementia is not a normal part of aging. It is a general term for conditions that can affect memory, thinking, communication, behavior, and the ability to complete everyday activities. Alzheimer’s disease is the most common type of dementia, accounting for an estimated 60–80% of cases.

As dementia progresses, both patients and their families may need increasing levels of support. Caring for a loved one can be emotionally and physically challenging, which is why having the right team beside you can make a meaningful difference.

Lung cancer affects millions of lives, yet no one should have to face it alone. At Arabella Palliative & Hospice Care, we believe every individual deserves compassionate care, comfort, dignity, and support throughout every stage of their journey.
