I've known Latavia Jo Harley since way back in our Office Max years. So, it was a no-brainer to jump on board to help her grow The Healing Haus. She has always had an incredibly infectious personality and a drive to help others in their pursuit of personal growth and betterment.

I was truly mesmerized and moved when she performed a sound bath. It was a deeply relaxing and calming moment, and I implore everyone to experience one.

The Healing Haus has been a little quieter lately… but quiet doesn’t mean still. 🌹✨

Today, I had the most incredible time creating with my dear friend Ryan of Whole Street Productions. We transformed my living room into a creative space filled with sound, intention, cameras, business cards, flyers, and a whole lot of vision for what’s next.

Between doctoral life, clients, classes, and everything in between, The Healing Haus may have found itself on the back burner for a moment—but never out of my heart.

And now? We’re creating again. Evolving again. Making a little noise again. ✨

I can’t wait for you to see what we captured today—and even more, what’s coming next.

The Healing Haus is entering a new chapter. 🌹

THE SPACE BETWEEN 🌑

August brings us into eclipse season — a space astrologically associated with change, endings, beginnings, and seeing what may have been difficult to see before.

But you don't have to believe the planets are controlling your life to recognize the power of intentionally pausing.

Sometimes we become so focused on *doing* that we stop noticing what our minds, bodies, and nervous systems have been trying to tell us.

So before rushing into what's next, I invite you to listen.

What feels different lately?

What no longer feels alive, even though you're still carrying it?

What keeps asking for your attention?

What feels expansive in your body?

What feels heavy?

Over the next few weeks, The Healing Haus will be exploring **The Space Between** — using reflection, nervous-system awareness, sound, breath, movement, and intentional ritual to explore what we're ready to carry forward…and what we may finally be ready to put down.

You don't need all the answers today.

Just notice.

🌊 Out of the Office 🌊

The Healing Haus will be unavailable on Friday, June 26th, as I will be facilitating a private floating sound bath experience.

While public classes, workshops, and sound healing events are some of my favorite ways to connect with the community, I also offer private experiences for birthdays, bridal parties, retreats, corporate wellness events, special celebrations, and intimate gatherings.
