We had a special guest join our workout today 💪 😅

A couple months ago I was listening to a Huberman Lab podcast and he was talking about the importance of doing the form of exercise you enjoy, because you will release more happy hormones 💚🌿 Today’s workout was 10/10 for me!! Love nature, love dogs and love getting a good workout in the heat 🔥

I’m sorry I’ve been so quiet lately! It’s been a whirlwind around here.

We officially moved in with my husband’s parents while we finish building our house. This in-between season has been a little crazy, but we feel incredibly blessed to have such a wonderful place to stay. 🏡

The boys are absolutely loving being so close to Grandmas, and it’s been so sweet watching them enjoy all the extra time together. 🥰
