Using nasal spray can feel daunting, especially if you've never used one before. Spraying something directly into your nose can feel odd, but trust us that you're going to want to try it.

Here's a beginners guide for you as you begin your new nose washing adventure (it's just as important as washing your hands!)

Don't have your nasal spray yet? No worries. You can find Xlear in most stores like Target, CVS, and Walgreens. You can use the link in our bio to find a store near you or to buy it online!

If you experience any irritation, discomfort, or persistent congestion, stop use and consult your healthcare provider. Use only as directed. Avoid forceful inhalation or blowing. Safe for daily use as part of your normal nasal hygiene routine.
