I figured it was time to share my own before & after. 🤍

And yes… I thought that before photo had a filter on it too. Nope. That’s real.

But what I really love about this comparison is that there wasn’t one magic treatment responsible for the change. My results have come from a combination of taking better care of myself, being consistent, and using many of the same treatments I recommend to my patients every day at EliteBio.

For me, that has included GLP-1 therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Dysport, Morpheus8 RF microneedling, Sculptra, and a consistent skincare regimen — especially DAILY SPF. ☀️

The goal has never been to look like a different person. I still want to look like me — just healthier, refreshed, and more confident in my skin.
