Member Spotlight ✨

Everyone meet Scott! If you come to Unwind in the mornings, you have probably seen him around using the services and working out in the gym. His favorite service to use is Cryotherapy! 🥶

Scott came to us in November of 2025 to use our services. Then, started working out in our gym in February of this year. Now, just last month, began working with our personal trainer Cale with creating a workout routine that fits his goals.

Since starting in November, he has LOST 35 pounds, 9% body fat, and is down 5 pant sizes! His journey has been so fun to be apart of and we are so proud of Scott! His commitment to bettering his health and wellness is inspiring.
