Spring is here 🌷
(and these two are so ready for it)

What’s been helping you breathe a little easier right now?

Around this time every year, we start hearing the same thing:
“I feel so stuffy”
“I can’t breathe through my nose”
“I guess this is just how it is for a while”

But it doesn’t have to be.

This time of year just means your nose (your air filter) is dealing with more than usual
Pollen, dust, everything floating around outside… it builds up fast

A few things that genuinely help:

Rinse your nose with saline when you get in from outside
(and again at night if you’ve been out all day)

Use a neti pot or saline irrigation rinse when things feel really stuck

Shower before bed
Pollen hangs out in your hair and on your skin all day

Run an air purifier at night
Keep windows closed while you sleep

If you're really stuffed up, try the Buteyko unblock your nose technique. It works.
(just be mindful if you have any underlying health concerns)

If your nose feels blocked, it’s usually just asking for a little more support right now

We’ve officially settled into our new space 🌀👃

We didn’t go far. Just down the hall.
But this move feels big in the best way.

This space gives us room to grow thoughtfully.
Room for more intentional therapy areas.
Room to expand what we offer.
Room to serve families even better.

Every detail was chosen with purpose, and stepping into it feels aligned with where Breathe Well is headed.

We’re excited for what this opens the door to.
New opportunities.
New ways to support our community.
New chapters we can’t wait to share.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Truly.

If you’ve been here for a while, we’re so grateful.
If you’re new, welcome. You’re right where you’re supposed to be.

I tell parents this all the time:

You are not imagining things.

You see your child every day. You notice the patterns. The sleep. The breathing. The behavior. The subtle changes.

If something keeps coming up for you, even quietly, that matters.

You don’t need to overreact.
You don’t need to label it.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need clarity.

That’s exactly what we help families find.

If you’ve been wondering whether something deserves a closer look, send us a DM and tell us what you’re seeing. We’re happy to help.

You’ve probably never looked at a tongue and thought…

“That looks like a heart.” ❤️👅

But if your child’s tongue dips like this when they lift it, it might be more than just a quirky shape.

It could be a tongue tie – a restriction that affects how the tongue moves and functions.

This kind of restriction can show up in ways you might not expect:
🗣️ Speech clarity
😴 Sleep quality
🍽️ Eating and swallowing
😮‍💨 Mouth breathing

If you’ve noticed any of these signs in your child, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

💬 Send us a message if you’re wondering what this might mean. We’re here to help and will walk you through each step.

If your child breathes through their mouth at night or snores, it’s not just a phase.

It can affect how they sleep, how they feel during the day, and even how they grow.

Most families aren’t told what to look for or where to turn. That’s why we built Breathe Well Foundations.

It helps you notice what matters, gives you simple steps you can start right away, and shows you how to move forward with confidence.

💬 If you’ve been wondering whether something’s going on, send us a message. We’re here to help you figure it out.

When kids struggle to breathe through their nose at
night, parents often feel stuck and unsure where to start.

The good news is there are simple, practical steps you can take at home that genuinely support nasal breathing and keeping the mouth closed at rest, without trying to change everything at once.

This is part of how we help families build a strong breathing foundation.

Comment READY and I’ll send you the details.

Here’s a sneak peak into Breathe Well Foundations, our new live parent course.

We love starting with simple questions.

“What is your nose for?”

Not to quiz kids.
Not to correct them.
But to invite curiosity.

These small conversations help children begin to notice how their bodies work, and that awareness is often the first step toward meaningful change.

If you want to learn how to spark curiosity and support healthy breathing in your home, comment READY.

You’ve noticed something.
A mouth that hangs open.
Snoring during sleep.
Crowded teeth.

And you’re wondering:
Is this normal?
Should I be doing something now?

You’re not alone.

Breathe Well Foundations was created after hearing the same concern from parents again and again:
“I notice something’s off… but no one is explaining what it means or what to do.”

This program offers clear guidance paired with simple, home-based actions so parents can support healthy development early.

Inside Breathe Well Foundations, you’ll be guided in how to support:
✔️ Nasal breathing
✔️ Healthier mouth posture
✔️ Early facial growth and development
✔️ Daily habits that shape long-term wellness

This is not therapy.
And it’s not passive education.

It’s thoughtful, guided support that helps parents turn understanding into practical, everyday support at home.
