The first summer outdoors event will take place Saturday, June 13 for mindful walk on the labyrinth at the Weber’s Retreat Center in Adrian, MI. Because it is outside, be prepared for any weather and possibly some friendly insects.

We will leave at 9:30am from the Unity Church parking lot, 4750 Venture Dr, Suite 350, Ann Arbor 48108. I have room for 3 to carpool, and if needed, consider volunteering to drive as well. There are bathrooms in the retreat center, a gift shop, and you are welcome to explore the public rooms. Lunch stop is on the return drive home. It is difficult to predict how long this event will take so I have not set an end time.

Please join us Saturday, June 13 for our first summer outdoors event. We will be enjoying the labyrinth at the Weber Retreat Center in Adrian. Anyone carpooling can meet at the Unity of Ann Arbor parking lot at 9:30am. Your expenses include lunch and if you want to purchase anything at the Center gift shop. Stay posted for more information.

Please mark your calendars for our summer outdoors series, June 13, July 18 & August 8. Yes, the July date is the 3rd Saturday because Joy is out of town for the 2nd Saturday. For each event we will meet in the parking area of Unity of Ann Arbor to carpool. I can carry 3, and we may need another volunteer to drive also.

Our meeting time will be an hour earlier, at 9:30am. The ending time is variable, with a lunch stop that will be adding to our time.

No donation is necessary, but you may want to consider offering something to your driver. Please bring a hat or umbrella, comfortable shoes, water bottle, insect repellent, sunscreen, etc.

Each outing will include a mindful walk, and energy sharing as well. Watch for specific details about each event.

The Sec meeting will be held on May 9, from 10:30am-12pm, under titled, “Pulling the Past Out by the Roots' at Unity of Ann Arbor.

Details of our summer outdoors series, scheduled for June, July, and August, will be shared then. We encourage your attendance at the May meeting to offer valuable input on the three summer meetings.

I apologize for any inconvenience, but since I’m out of town the second Saturday in April, I am moving the monthly meeting to the third Saturday, April 18. We will meet at the usual time and place of 10:30am - 12pm, 4750 Venture Dr, Suite 350, Ann Arbor 48108.

Our theme is “Spring Forward “ (unrelated to daylight savings time). We will meditate and share energy as in some of our past events.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Also, going to lunch afterwards is an option.
