Jung famously said:

“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”

You have to do the work, and it can be as gentle as becoming aware of something new that’s been holding you back or has been out of balance and relaxing and letting go and creating space for the opportunity to pivot into something new.

Currently in Las Vegas for a JOGS gem and mineral show, sourcing a few items, seeing what’s out there, making new connections and enjoying much of what Vegas has to offer.

If I could find some music by Steven Halpern I would’ve totally added it here. Such a treat to meet somebody whose music I’ve admired and enjoyed for over 20 years. Love using his music for meditation, mindfulness, healing sessions. Thank you!
