Mental health awareness month reminder 💚✨

Movement has become more than fitness for me… it’s therapy, clarity, stress relief, and one of the biggest ways I manage my anxiety and depression.

As someone who lives with both, I’ve learned I need spaces that help me reset mentally just as much as physically and  has become one of those places for me. From the workouts to the infrared heat to simply taking time for myself, it helps me quiet the noise in my mind and reconnect with myself.

Some days showing up is the hardest part… but I’ve never regretted walking through those doors. 💚

If you’re struggling, please know taking care of your mental health can look like movement, rest, therapy, community, sunlight, journaling, asking for help or simply making yourself a priority again.

Your mental health matters. Always. ✨
