You'll relax on a luxury zero-gravity or adjustable mattress while being guided through meditation followed by an immersive hour of soothing sound vibrations. Some beds even have vibration features, allowing you to experience the sounds in a completely different way. 🛏️✨

Seeing the good in people who have caused harm can be a double edged sword. It comes from the deep knowing that we are all connected, while also understanding that so much of the darkness people carry is unresolved trauma spilling outward and creating more trauma.💫

🌿 ZEN-lights 🌿 our highlights from today's mini-retreat at Philippe Park

What an AMAZING Saturday! 💚👣

We walked beneath the giant oaks, explored the Native American mound, hugged a few trees, flowed through gentle yoga with Jenny BlissFit Yoga St. Pete to a chill playlist, melted into a peaceful sound bath by Salena Star's Healing Energy, and ended with a delicious plant-based lunch + Mother Kombucha drinks!

So many laughs, new ZEN-friends, barefoot moments, and connection shared under the trees.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made **ZENhike Tides & Trails** so special. We can’t wait for the next one! 💚

As the sun begins to set, we’ll roll out our mats on the sand for a candlelit beach yoga flow designed to help you slow down, soften, and soak in every last bit of summer.

No rushing.

No trying to be anywhere else.

Just the sound of the waves, the warmth of the evening air, your body moving with your breath, and the sun slowly disappearing into the horizon. ✨
