My website is finally live.

Not just a website… but a place where I’ve put into words what I’ve spent years feeling, learning, and experiencing through this work.

Because what I do isn’t just about muscles or tension…

It’s about what your body has been holding onto… sometimes for years.

The stress.
The trauma.
The patterns that don’t just “stretch out” or go away.

I work with the nervous system…

It’s with a lot of sadness and a little sigh of surrender that I share this update. After 2 1/2 years of climbing an uphill mountain with Healing Within Wellness Center, I’ve made the difficult decision to close the doors on that dream. It’s been a beautiful journey, but it’s time for me to reevaluate where I am and where I want to be in my life right now.

The truth is, I’ve realized I’m at my best as a one-man show. It’s how I started, it’s where I thrive, and it’s where I can give the most to my clients. So with a heavy heart but a hopeful spirit, I’m stepping back into that role.

I am currently looking for a room to rent in a professional setting that fits my medical massage, craniosacral, and myofascial work. If you know of a space or a business that might be a great fit, please send me a message. I’m looking for immediate relocation.
