Today is national SPF day! 🧴☀️

Even through the cloudy weather it’s still important to have a good SPF routine!

☀️Apply a 30 SPF 15-20 minutes before going outdoors, reapply every 2-4 hours (or after swimming/sweating!) and also being mindful that even if you’re indoors UVA rays can still pe*****te through glass.
