All jokes aside, your pelvic floor is a group of muscles, and just like the rest of your body, those muscles need attention, too!
Here’s what you should know:
🍂 Yes, your OB/GYN can assess pelvic floor strength! During an exam, your provider can evaluate how well those muscles contract and relax. But they can’t necessarily tell whether you’ve been doing your Kegels just by looking.
💪 Kegels actually have a purpose! Strengthening your pelvic floor can help improve bladder control, support your pelvic organs, and even improve sexual function.
💕 But here’s the catch: A lot of women aren’t doing Kegels correctly, and some women actually have pelvic floor muscles that are too tight rather than too weak. More squeezing isn’t always the answer!
✨ And that’s where V-Tone comes into the conversation!
Our InMode EmpowerRF V-Tone uses intravaginal electrical muscle stimulation to activate pelvic floor muscles, helping women who struggle to effectively engage those muscles on their own.
It’s a non-surgical option that may help improve pelvic floor muscle strength and certain symptoms of urinary leakage.
Because let’s be real…
Between pregnancy, childbirth, hormonal changes, aging, and everything else our bodies go through, our pelvic floors have been through some STUFF. 😵💫
And just because bladder leaks, pelvic weakness, or changes in intimacy are common doesn’t mean you have to shrug your shoulders and accept them.
Pelvic floor health matters. And you deserve to know your options! ❤️

Let’s talk pelvic floors without the embarrassment, awkwardness, or medical jargon. We’re women too, and trust us, we’ve heard it all! 😂
P.S. If your pelvic floor is overly tight or painful, strengthening treatments may not be appropriate. A pelvic floor assessment can help determine what you actually need.
