Thinking about losing weight can be like trying to figure out how to get to the moon on a skateboard.

This can be overwhelming to say the least.

This can also lead to analysis paralysis and ultimately just giving up.

The key is to start. Just take one step today, one step tomorrow, and eventually you’ll be there.

This is how everything in the world has been achieved.

What’s one thing you can do today to get closer to the person you want to be?

Oh, and forget about yesterday or tomorrow. Just do today.

Great day learning about mushrooms and mushroom cultivation with and ! If you have the opportunity to take this class, do it! It’s a wealth of knowledge, and they include a starter kit to get you going right away from home. I am personally just learning about the health benefits of functional mushrooms, but it’s hard to deny that they have some magical healing powers. Western medicine is not our only option! #
