We collaborated with Whitfield County to place a blood pressure monitoring device at this vibrant community center supporting active and engaged aging population in north Georgia. The Port Wentworth, Georgia community is now more prepared. With support from Landmark 24 Homes & Realty, City of Port Wentworth Parks and Recreation and Rice Creek School-Pt. Wentworth, Ga. received CPR training kits, helping turn bystanders into lifesavers.
