A Heart Hub at Roger Crossen Community Center ❤️
We collaborated with Whitfield County to place a blood pressure monitoring device at this vibrant community center supporting active and engaged aging population in north Georgia. The Heart Hub ensures more individuals have convenient access to tools and resources that support prevention, early detection and management of hypertension.

Cardiac emergencies are community emergencies. When bystanders step in, survival chances can double or even triple. Acting quickly can make all the difference.

The Port Wentworth, Georgia community is now more prepared. With support from Landmark 24 Homes & Realty, City of Port Wentworth Parks and Recreation and Rice Creek School-Pt. Wentworth, Ga. received CPR training kits, helping turn bystanders into lifesavers.

Circle of Red is a passionate group who serve as advocates, fundraisers and changemakers in their communities.
