We are committed to enriching the lives of adolescents and helping them achieve a healthy, productive future.

Our 5 focus areas: Youth Empowerment, Parent Engagement, Comprehensive Sex Ed, Teen Pregnancy Prevention, and Physical Activity & Nutrition. Working with 350+ partners throughout the state, each year GCAPP impact tens of thousands of young people as they journey through adolescence and onto promising pathways into the rest of their lives. Our work helps youth mitigate risks that often result in ne

gative consequences that are difficult to overcome. GCAPP is more intentional than ever in the critical, everyday role it plays in advancing adolescent health because young people in Georgia need help now more than ever. Guided by Impact 2025, our strategic road map to expand programs and services, we will impact 360,000 youth, 200,000 parents, and 15,000 youth-serving professionals by 2025.

Caption copy: As we celebrate Black Philanthropy Month, we thank the donors, partners, and advocates who help GCAPP empower youth across Georgia.

In the past year, community support helped us reach more than 600,000 young people with leadership development and evidence-based health education, including culturally responsive programs like the Eban Project, which supports young Black males across Georgia.

But after federal funding cuts eliminated $2.2 million from our budget, several programs—including the Eban Project—are currently on hold.

Today, we’re asking our community to help close the gap and protect programs that create healthier futures for Georgia’s youth.

Fueling the season with kindness!

GCAPP’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC) stopped by Arabia Mountain High School in DeKalb County to surprise the football players and cheerleaders with Gatorade and snacks as they prepare for their first game of the season!

This visit was extra special because two of our YAC members proudly attend Arabia Mountain High School, making this act of kindness even more meaningful.

Through our initiative, we’re showing that even small acts of encouragement can make a big impact. Wishing the Rams an incredible season—we’re cheering you on every step of the way!
