I did a float at Capitol Floats this week for my birthday.. and I’m still thinking about it 💭💙

I don’t think I realized how much I needed that! I just wanted to feel weightless for a bit because I’m in my 2nd trimester (and that back pain is no joke). I actually rested.. like really rested and even fell asleep for part of it (which I never do) and then slept so good that night after!

If you’ve ever been curious about floating.. I get it now and I’d highly recommend trying it (especially for my pregnant friends out there)! 🙌🏼
