Stop Taking It Personally

Most reactions you absorb aren’t about you … they’re the Override Loop doing what it does: old wiring scanning someone else’s mood for a threat and telling you it’s yours to fix.

Someone lashes out. Someone dismisses you unfairly. Your nervous system doesn’t check who the emergency belongs to … it just fires.

That’s the shift: you stop mistaking their projection for your evidence.

You’re not the problem. You’re the screen. Override the loop, and the screen stops taking the hit.
