What a fun-filled Spring 2026 vacation for LIFE Mower County! Eight participants and three chaperones set out from Austin for an exciting three-day adventure in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The group arrived in Sioux Falls and had lunch at McDonald’s before exploring the beauty of Falls Park and visiting the iconic Arc of Dreams. After a full first day, everyone enjoyed dinner together at Ruby Tuesday. Day two included breakfast at the hotel, visits to the USS South Dakota Battleship Memorial, Reptile Adventure Zoo, Butterfly House & Aquarium, plus swimming and relaxation back at the hotel before wrapping up the evening with dinner at Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet.

On the final day, the group ate breakfast at the hotel, checked out and headed to the Great Plains Zoo before enjoying lunch at Pizza Ranch and returning home. From sightseeing and animals to laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories, this vacation was filled with fun for everyone!
