Collaboration is key.

I used to think, like most of us, that I had to do it all in my own, succeed through my own ingenuity and hard work. But that couldn't be further from the truth and only takes you so far. Now I know that we are all stronger and can serve better together.

That's why I partnered with to build my practice and have a team of support that includes family, friends, Nannie's, housekeepers and assistants.

This week, I was fortunate to have dinner with amazing women who are all physicians and founders to discuss wins and challenges:







They are such a source of inspiration and support.

I was also fortunate to meet with other incredible women throughout the week including
who bravely shares her healing journey and helps other women recover from hysterectomy and myomectomy andrea_acuandwellness who is both hilarious and incredibly caring as she helps couples through their fertility journey with Acupuncture
and who I was honored to meet and hear her amazing story of resilience and how she helps women get strong and healthy in mind, body, and spirit.

What a week for healing women!
