Over the past six months, I’ve had an important realization: I need to more fully honor my specialty and the way I’m able to offer the deepest, most effective care.
When my son started school, my schedule shifted and I stepped into a high-volume acupuncture setting where multiple patients were often seen per hour. Over time, I noticed something important: I couldn’t stay as present, centered, and connected as I need to be in order to do my best work.
That experience brought me back to something I now know clearly—I do my best work in a slower, more grounded, fully present model of care.
So I made the decision to step away and return to the type of practice that aligns with my specialty: nervous system regulation, deep listening, and individualized care.
Why this matters
Stress and emotional healing aren’t only mental—they live in the body.
Acupuncture can support the nervous system alongside therapy by helping the body shift out of “survival mode” and into a more regulated, grounded state.
People often come in for:
• Anxiety & chronic stress
• Burnout & exhaustion
• Sleep issues
• Chronic pain & tension
• Feeling “stuck” emotionally or physically
When the body feels safer, healing work often goes deeper and becomes more sustainable.
I specialize in anxiety, stress-related conditions, and nervous system dysregulation, and have been practicing since 2007.
