Join us for Growing Through Grief, a unique therapeutic series that combines the healing power of nature with emotional support and connection.

Together, we'll meet in a beautiful setting, nurture dahlias from Petals In Bloom Farm, —beautiful flowers that symbolize strength, resilience, and new beginnings—while exploring our own journeys through loss.

Groups will be weekly, starting, 7/9 at 10 and 7/14 at 4:30 at 7272 Van Buren Rd Baldwinsville.

Join us in our beautiful healing space at Paths To Recovery Holistic Health & Wellness Center for this two session Breathwork class by the most sought after facilitators in CNY!

Join Renee McLain & Bobbi Jo Beck for An Experiment in Breath.

Renee Says…

For years, music has been a powerful part of the breathwork experience. It helps us move, feel, release, and expand.

But lately I’ve been wondering…

What happens when we remove the soundtrack?

What arises when there is nothing to follow except your own breath?

On June 24, I’ll be offering a Silent Breathwork Experience. No music. Minimal guidance. Just you, your breath, and whatever wants to emerge.

Then on July 8, we’ll gather again for a traditional music-supported breathwork journey.

I invite you to experience both.

June 24 • Silent Breathwork • 6:30 PM
July 8 • Music-Supported Breathwork • 6:30 PM

One registration includes both classes.

$50 for the two-class series.
(Venmo -Mclain)

This isn’t about which approach is better. It’s about curiosity. Awareness. Exploration.

Come discover what silence has to teach.

We are incredibly honored to share that our founder, Tracy Carmody, LMHC, CASAC-M, was recently recognized with a County Legislature High Honor after being named the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce’s 2025 Business Person of the Year.

What began as a solo counseling practice has grown into a team of dedicated professionals serving individuals and families throughout our community. This recognition reflects not only Tracy’s leadership, but also the trust our clients place in us, the commitment of our clinicians and affiliates, and the support of the communities we are privileged to serve.

Thank you to Ken Bush, Jr. and the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce for this meaningful recognition. We are grateful to be part of such a supportive and connected community.

Here’s to continuing the work of expanding access to mental health services, supporting wellness, and helping people find their path to recovery. 💙

Tonight!

We’re excited to share that Tracy Carmody, LMHC, CASAC-M will be speaking at an upcoming Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) support group on Monday, May 18th from 6:30–8 PM.

This event is open to ANYONE to attend. You do not have to be a member of PAL! It is hosted at Lafayette Alliance Church.
