Loading… Bloom Studio Launch Party ✨

We’ve been dreaming about what this space could become, and we’re so ready to welcome you in.

Just 8 days away from celebrating the launch of Bloom Studio — our new gathering space created for movement, wellness, education, nervous system-focused experiences, and genuine community connection.

Bloom Studio will be home to classes, workshops, wellness events, and experiences led by our Bloom team and trusted wellness partners. It’s also a space where local wellness professionals can connect, collaborate, share their gifts, and become part of a growing community.

Whether you’re looking for new ways to care for yourself, craving connection, curious about what’s happening downstairs, or feel drawn to getting involved in the Studio in some way, this is your invitation to come see what we’re building.

Come celebrate with us, meet the people behind the Studio, explore the space, and imagine how you might be part of it.

We will have vendors that align with our Bloom mission and swag bags for the first 30 to enter the doors!✨

September 12. See you downstairs. 💛

We are still looking for “the one”🌸
🤍A therapist that loves the idea of growing in private practice but within a group of dedicated, supportive professionals.
🤍Private-pay (no insurance companies taking all of your admin time and energy…we pour that back into our client care)
🤍Rooted in wellness and whole person care
🤍Clients that care about about their well-being (think: dream clients)

We want to hear from you if this is your vibe, dream or vision.

September has a way of feeling like a fresh start. New routines, new schedules, new rhythms, new energy.

But before we rush into what’s next, our Word of the Month invites us to do something first:

PAUSE.

Take a beat. Check in. Notice what you need before automatically moving on to the next thing.

What’s important right now?
What actually needs your attention?
What do you want to make space for?
And after a month of practicing release, what are you ready to leave behind?

A pause doesn’t have to be long or profound. Sometimes it’s one breath before responding, five quiet minutes in your car, or a moment to ask yourself, Is this how I want to move forward?

This month, we’re making space between what was and what’s next. 💛

You don’t have to carry everything.

Not every worry is yours to hold.
Not every outcome is yours to control.
Not every expectation deserves a permanent place in your mind.

This month, we’ve talked about release—not as a way of forgetting or avoiding, but as a way of making room for what matters most.

Maybe you’ve released the pressure to be perfect.
Maybe you’ve released guilt for slowing down.
Maybe you’ve released the belief that you have to do it all on your own.

Whatever it looks like for you, I hope you’ll keep practicing it long after August ends.

Because creating peace isn’t about carrying more—it’s about knowing what you’re allowed to set down.

💛 As we head into a new month, what’s one thing you’re leaving behind? Share it in the comments. I’d love to reflect with you.

Have you ever felt like your brain has 37 tabs open… and they’re all playing different songs?

School schedules. Appointments. Meal planning. Work deadlines. Remembering who’s supposed to bring snacks on Friday.

The mental load is real.

Maybe it’s the pressure to remember everything on your own.
Maybe it’s saying yes to asking for help.
Maybe it’s writing it down instead of carrying it around.

Your mind wasn’t designed to hold every detail all the time. Creating space isn’t giving up—it’s caring for yourself. That’s one of the reasons we created the Slow Down Room—a space where you can step away from the constant mental noise, give your nervous system a chance to reset, and simply breathe. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause long enough to clear a little space in your mind.

💛 What’s one thing you can take off your mental plate this week?

As we close out our month of Release, here’s your reminder: so much of the stress we carry comes from trying to control what hasn’t happened yet.

The anticipation.
The endless mental checklists.
The “what ifs.”
The pressure to make everything go perfectly.

And then somehow… a few weeks later, you look back and realize, “Okay… we made it.”💛

What if next time you released the pressure to have every answer before the first day?

Transitions are rarely perfect, but they’re often more manageable than our anxious minds convince us they’ll be. Give yourself credit. You adapted. Your family adapted. And that’s something worth celebrating.

Back-to-school doesn’t just bring new backpacks and schedules—it can also bring big emotions.

Sometimes anxiety doesn’t sound like “I’m anxious.” It shows up in stomachaches, irritability, trouble sleeping, or not wanting to go to school.

As parents, one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is helping them release the pressure to have it all together and reminding them that their feelings are safe with us.

💛 Save this post for later or share it with another parent.

✨This month has been centered around one word: Release. Not because letting go is easy, but because sometimes the things we continue to carry are the very things keeping us from feeling present, peaceful, and grounded.

You don’t have to have all the answers today. But you can create space to become curious about what’s weighing on your heart and mind.

Use these reflection questions as journal prompts, a quiet conversation with yourself, or simply something to think about during a walk or a few deep breaths.

Remember, release isn’t about forgetting your experiences—it’s about giving yourself permission to stop carrying what no longer serves you.

💛 Which question speaks to you the most today? We’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
