Each week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays we arrange these powerful healing allies in a sacred way that fosters deep relaxation, restoration, and inner connection. We are incredibly grateful to be stewards of this technology and deeply inspired by the healing potential they have for this planet.

Hey all, Sophia here! As a co-director, I can't submit the nomination myself, so I'm hoping someone in our community feels inspired to nominate Harmony Works for this contest.
I would run my mouth all day about how serving over 10,000 people in sessions and services over the past four years makes us a sure thing—and makes Nicholas a real business hero who has made a positive impact in our community. We are the "non-profit" type.

If you know us you know we LOVE LOVE LOVE gongs and cherish them deeply for their powerful, magnificent medicine. We are incredibly grateful to weave each of our sound baths with these ancient teachers.

Gongs have a very potent gift of shaking loose what is stuck and heavy in us. As the deep resonant sounds bathe over our bodies, they invite and guide us to release the gripping and lay down what is ready and willing to go.

The beautiful thing about sound medicine is that you don’t have to know what it is you are releasing. You don’t have to know or even truly understand the stories as they go.

Here, we invite you into a space of deep softening. A space where you — the authority — give yourself permission to let go and surrender to the healing that is here for you. A moment where you can quiet your mind and let the energy move as it needs, without control and grasping. Your body remembers. We only need to give space for the healing to ripple all the way through.

It’s hard to be a human on planet earth. It’s a lot. The energy right now is so intense and disorienting, often taking us out of our bodies and disconnecting us from our deep wisdom.

This is why we do what we do. It’s so people can have a space where they can come back to themselves. Where they can lay down and take deep grounding breaths that relaxes their nervous system and creates a pathway back to their body and heart. A space where people can fully soften and let go of the gripping and holding, and come into deep presence with themselves and the great mystery of all there is.
