Some losses never had a funeral. The relationship that ended. The home you had to leave. The friendship that disappeared. The parent who is still here, but changing. The future you thought was coming. The version of yourself you had to become to survive.
Grief doesn’t require a funeral to be real.

Tuesdays are back on!!! Join us today, on the Fall Equinox as we resume our Tuesday offerings.

The Fall Equinox is a potent time to reflect, restore, and surrender to the natural rhythms of the earth. This time of year gently guides us inwards so that we may receive the wisdom of the past season. The wisdom of our hearts.

As the trees begin to go let go of their leaves, we are invited to flow through a similar alchemical process of letting go. This season offers us the space to slow down and be present with ourselves and the world around us. Through this place of stillness, we are invited into a state of deep listening. A moment where we can hear our truth and gently let go of what we no longer need.

Come be with us on this magical day.

Equinox is so kind because it brings the gifts of light and dark in balanced manner. It invites a sort of digestion. The solstice Energies are gifts of extreme: exposure, heightened states, polar, loud and silent.
Equinox says to me, it’s all here. And if we are brave to sit in that brief moment of equal parts we can see things in someways differently. Like a photographer who loves a grey day because it does cast shadows on the subject. Can be the same the photographer who loves a sunny high noon deep shadow.
That’s me, I love the gifts of them all, and always want to treasure and show up for that special moment of this kind digestion gift.
