NOW IN THE RIVER VALLEY!
PACE is a comprehensive medical and social services program.
This is a FREE PROGRAM to those who qualify.

To qualify you must be 55+
You must live in the service area
You must be able to live safely in your home
You must need nursing home level care

Not only does PACE take care of ALL of your health care needs, (transportation, all prescriptions, dental, vision, and audiology are also included.) You pay NO PREMIUMS if you qualify!

Each month you will receive a BENEFIT CARD to help with your nutritional needs and over the counter medicines as well.

NOT ALL PACE Centers offer the benefit card, but WE DO!

A BIG THANK YOU!
To our local Goodwill! I was able to set-up an outreach table and handout information and goodies to our local community about the amazing new PACE program.

What a DAY!!! Although what started out as a torrential downpour that morning, the team made it there WITH ALL THE BBQ FIXINS' a little bit wet, but we made it!

Thank you Fort Smith Housing Authority for the opportunity to serve up some BBQ, play some Bingo and talk about the amazing new PACE program with your tenants!

Additionally, we will have several vendors that day to help answer questions about health and wellness, several service organizations will be there that day to tell you about low cost or no cost services available to you.

Lots of fun and wellness education planned for this day!
