We need to have a real PAIN conversation ....

I am always aiming to make the tinctures the best they can be, and this week I changed the Pain Tincture recipe with a new herb.

It needed to be better and now it IS!! ✨️👌🌿

Chronic pain is one of the most difficult things I have had to learn to overcome as an herbalist, mainly because nothing works the same as an op**te, but also, there is no herb that harms us like an op**te. 👀

This isn't about addiction, although that is real (and for another day) .....
This is for anyone .... ✔️👌

when we use an op**te we feel no pain almost immediately, aaaand THEN, the pain is worse. That's what nobody tells us. The pain is worse because the op**tes make your nervous system hyper sensitive to pain. Instead of dulling the pain, the opiods lower your pain threshold. What you think is "real" pain, is N0T ...it is an imbalance. 🤷

This means ... you want and 🤯 "need" more and more and more.

This is something I am personally very familiar with and will continue to spend hours and months and years on ... so I am here ... let's chat 👇👇👇.

I have had several people ask me about products / herbs for kids.

I honestly have no idea why I don't talk about it as much, 👀🤷 I guess because my kids are older...

But I started all of this when my baby was young. At 7 the docs and teachers told me he needed pharma meds for his adhd and dysgraphia. When I refused, I was told I was ignoring his needs. 🤯🤦

When I started to handle his strep and ear aches with herbs, I was questioned over and over. 🤷🌿

I have a very healthy and happy 17yo today. 🫶💕 My oldest calls me for any of his health needs. 🫶

Yes!!! I have products for your babies..that is why I did all of this. It was my beginning 13 ys ago. 😌

What a great conversation today!!

The main thing wasn't the herbs ... although of course, there is always an herb that and we diacussed many : adhd, anxiety, immune system, allergies, pets, pain, sleep, skin care and more. 💚

The focus was where to set it, so you use it!! So often we throw things in a drawer or cabinet and forget to use it. From my kitchen to my bathroom to my bedside .... I can see the herbs and have a routine to use them!! ✨️✔️

"The tincture I ordered is absolutely incredible. I’m calm and not freaking out. I started a new job a month ago and the workload is very heavy. Last week I cried 4-5 times on Wednesday. I quit using my Perimenopause Tincture a few weeks ago bc my night sweats stopped.

I have all the herbs, but I am as human as all of you. Inconsistency is very real. 🤷🙃

It took me several days to notice my sleep pattern was off ... waking up in the middle of the night, not being able to go back ro sleep.. I have all of the sleep aids (meditation 🧘‍♂️, eye cover, ear plugs, stay in the dark, herbs) ...
Then it hit me ...

This is another symptom of perimenopause!

So I am back using my tincture. 😌🌿🤷

I love a good night's sleep. 😴

I get it. None of us are 100% consistent.
But it works when we use them.

There is an herb for that.

And this momma needs her sleep!! 💕🥹😍
