When asked, "What impact do you hope your work has on your community or industry?" she says:
“I hope my work helps create a healthcare experience where patients feel genuinely seen, supported, and confident in their care. Healthcare can often feel overwhelming, and I believe improving communication, access, and overall patient experience can make a meaningful difference in how people navigate their healthcare journey.
I also hope to help shift the industry toward viewing patient experience as an essential part of quality care. When organizations prioritize both operational excellence and compassionate service, it builds stronger trust, better outcomes, and healthier communities.”
