Wonderful family vacation
This was our family's 3rd vacation here. We love this place! It is ideal for large groups. The long table is very accommodating for family meals, food preparation, room for multiple games and just gathering together. There is a large outdoor table that our younger grandkids love when the adults are enjoying a quieter dinner time. The grills are wonderful and the kitchen is so well stocked for large groups with plenty of glasses, mugs, silverware etc. The ice maker is such a wonderful thing to have when there are large groups. Having two large areas for TV watching is ideal so the men can watch sports, and the women can watch movies they enjoy, or you can split up adults and kids. There are many options for sleeping and comfortable beds and rooms for spreading out. The owners have provided beach chairs, games and equipment that helps big families have fun. The hot tub is a favorite for some of the family, and everyone loves watching the beautiful sunsets on the roof top deck. The owners, Tom and Maryann, are very responsive and wonderful caring people to work with. The beach is easy to get to and one of the best on the Island. Our family treasures the time we spend here and hope to return. I highly recommend this place.

What’s your headcount and bedrooms needed? We except 2 dogs depending on size and breed. We are fully loaded with amenities, local perks and tips.
Our sleeping options are as follows:

First floor only, 3 bedroom with 2 full baths and additional queen pullout couch. Sleeps 6-8 guests in queen beds. Private backyard with an outdoor shower and use of 4th floor rooftop deck with hot tub.

Opening up the second floor entitles 5 bedroom,3 full baths, additional living room with 1 full and 2 full pullout couches. Sleeps 10-16 with 4 queen beds and 1 king bed, and 3 pullouts.
Private backyard with outdoor shower, and use of 4th floor rooftop deck with hot tub.

6 bedroom has 3 full baths, additional living room with 1 full and 2 full pullout couches. Sleeps 18. 5 queen beds, 1 king bed and 3 pullout couches. Private backyard with an outdoor shower, and use of 4th floor rooftop deck with hot tub.

7 bedroom has 3 full baths, additional living room with 1 full and 2 full pullout couches. Sleeps 15-21 with 6 queen beds, 1 king bed, 1 single(top bunk), and 3 pullout couches. Private backyard with an outdoor shower, and use of 4th floor rooftop deck with hot tub.

8 1/2 bedroom has 4 full baths, up with additional living room with Sleeps 20-26 in 6 queen beds, 2 king beds, 1 full and 2 single ( top bunks). and 3 pullout couches. Private backyard with an outdoor shower, and use of 4th floor rooftop deck with hot tub.

Note: We rent the 8 bedroom option in prime season MDW, Father’s day changes to weekly - through LDW.

The 5-7 bedroom option of the house rent a few weeks/ends in Sept. and May.

First floor only is available Sept-June (up to Father
‘s day week) for weekend or a weekly rental.
