That tiny dot of sunscreen isn't doing your skin any favors.

Most people apply only 25–50% of the sunscreen needed to achieve the SPF protection listed on the bottle.

For your face and neck, aim for the equivalent of the two-finger rule (a line of sunscreen down your index and middle finger).

And remember: SPF isn't just a morning step. Reapply every 2 hours when you're outdoors, and more often if you're swimming or sweating.

Your sunscreen only works if you're wearing enough of it.
