Which answer should I expand on next?

Facelift: one of my favorites because it can be transformative — while still looking like you.

Rhinoplasty: especially revision rhinoplasty — because millimeters and experience matter. Tiny changes can affect facial balance, drawing attention back to the eyes and lips.

Recovery tip: watch the salt. Anything ending in an “o” is suspicious — Doritos, Dominos 🍕, Cheetos… you get it 🤷‍♀️. Salt makes you hold onto fluid and can prolong swelling.

Bonus recovery tip: I often recommend arnica, an herb 🌿, and bromelain, a pineapple 🍍enzyme, to reduce bruising and swelling after surgery.

A shorter facial height and smaller chin can create a softer, rounder “baby face” appearance. A conservative chin implant with neck liposuction can help lengthen the lower face, improve chin projection, and define the jawline.
