A Reiki Couples Session is a beautiful experience for couples or best friends. It is an opportunity to align your own energies and the energy of your relationship.

The session includes individual energy work, an assessment of the individual bio field as well as the field you create as a pair, and guidance to improve the energy exchange between one another.

Grief is heavy but I believe we can still find a way to share, listen, ease our burdens, and maybe even find some humor - with the support of community.

This will be a unique blend of a peer led support group and a facilitated circle. There's no fee to attend, no strings attached.

A date and time for our first meeting will be announced soon.
